Nicole, the front desk operator, is very personable and always works hard on my behalf to make sure we're being taking care of. I've been coming here exclusively for almost two years, and I've never had to go back because something wasn't done right. Love these people. The shop is also conveniently located in the Lakewood Town Center so I can do some errands if all I'm doing is an oil change.
I called ten shops.Tibetan was the most detailed and also they said they'd give me a three year warranty which no one else offered they weren't the cheapest but they want the most expensive I highly recommend them 😉
